I don’t know if ODOT just doest care about thevery North East section of ohio or what but its bad. I lived in Cleveland for a internship and I’ll never complain about roads again any where else in Ohio. When it was pavement, pot holes for everyone, and when it was concrete, it was like riding a wooden Rollercoaster. Up, down, and clunking ever few seconds.
